In the touristic residence, The Olive Terrace, you can feel the sweet caress of the Ionian sea colours and in the same time it remains an olive garden in its freshness, flavour and touch.
Each night, fresh aromas of sage and oregano descend from the mountain at the back of this elegant Terrace, making the Mediterranean summer at Drymades beach, the most scented in all of Ionian coast.

Time in The Olive Terrace:
Hours in The Olive Terrace are marked with the different hues of the sea, the fragrances and the unique sounds of the Mediterranean.
The dawn is announced by the tweets of the typical Ionian birds, rejoicing the last hours of cool temperatures. As the sun rises, the air is flamed by the deep violet of the Ionian and the coast is watercoloured in shades of aquamarine and emerald. Little by little, the sunbeams become more potent, burning the sky mercilessly, manifesting a distinctive layer of the Mediterranean spirit. Soon, the space between the elegant surface of the olive leaf and the sun-kissed human skin is filled by the cicada song, which warns us for the hot hours that are fast approaching. This song will escort every sun ray that lands on the coast.

The 100 year old olive trees of this Terrace are the finest shelter for these hottest hours, under which the fresh mountain breeze will soothe your body and soul.

Inch by inch, the sun goes down towards the Karaburun Peninsula, leaving behind its dramatic crimson trace to paint the sky.

The mountain now shadows the terrace, including the aged trees, slowly enveloping all of Drymades. At last the magical velvet night is unveiled , pixelated by thousands of stars and the pregnant moon romantically gleams, thieving your attention.

The Green Olive Terrace.
The 100 matured olives are the heart of the evergreen oasis, which is embroidered by lemon, orange and a few peach trees. What best embraces the silhouettes of the houses, are the bougainvillea vines. A scarlet, lilac and white cloak, genteelly dancing with the breeze. Meanwhile the Mediterrenean Ilex enriches the area by making the soil heavy and prosperous.

Products of The Olive Terrace:
At The Olive Terrace, the most fragrant sage honey is produced as well as the virgin olive oil, generously gifted by our 100 trees. Both of these natural products you can purchase at the reception.

The Olive Terrace residence is blessed by the echo of water springs that stream down along the Terrace. We thank God for His generosity and the devoted people who work to make sure this water flow in every part of the residence.

The Sacred Churches, less than one kilometer away, offer to this veranda a calm, holy ambience.
