PI Early Phone Collection Specialist performs daily phone activity based on the prioritization established by the Team Leader in AutoDialer, with high ethic and as per the steps described in Early Collection Strategies. If needed, the specialist is also in charge of several supportive administrative tasks like waiving template.

Duties:
•Good understanding of Bank products
•Good knowledge of PI EC Strategy, Collection Manual and Procedures
•Good knowledge of Collection Systems, Core Banking System and other systems considered necessary in the collection process
•Good understanding of delinquency terminology
•Contacting early warning customers by phone based on strategies followed by the bank
•Contacting customers in arrears by phone (with Auto dialer system) based on days past due and strategies followed by the bank
•Informs and convinces the client to pay the past due amount through a good communication and high negotiation skills
•Performs the calls with customers of different buckets and queues based on the call scripts
•Data input for every action taken in Collection Systems (Debt Manager, and Auto Dialer)
•Updates new data (phone numbers or addresses) for the customers.
•Escalate cases as per strategy defined
•Report and give feedback to respective supervisor
•Proposes penalty and/or interest waive, if considered necessary and on Banks’ interest and prepares the agreed template.

Requirements:
•University Degree
•At least two yrs of experience in Banking System, especially in loan products and collection, is preferable
•Very good communication skills
•Ability to learn and to adapt to changes
•Good English and computer skills
•Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
