We are a professional software development company requiring two .Net software developers. The position is both challenging and exciting with excellent financial benefits package for the rights candidates! We develop advanced business management solutions and are expanding our development team. The office is situated in the centre of Tirana (Blloku).

Duties:
The duties include (predominantly) programming with MS Visual Studio to develop Windows desktop applications, making heavy use of MS SQL Server as well as other 3rd party tools (like Developer Express, etc). You'll be based in our Tirana office. There will be communication (email or video-conferencing software) with the UK HQ office as well as clients from EU, USA, Asia, troubleshooting issues and developing solutions and custom tools. A good working level of the English language is important.

Essential requirements:
- Degree educated, in a software engineering discipline
- Minimum 3 years development (post degree) experience
- VB.NET (advanced level)
- MS SQL Server (Advanced level)
- Windows Desktop application development (advanced)
- a good level of English language is a distinct advantage!
- excellent "can do" attitude and communication with colleagues

Desirable:
- Good understanding of Developer Express framework is an advantage
- C#.NET is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of ASP.NET is an advantage (but not essential).
