Provides the knowledge and skill to support company project management in performing the technical aspects of managing building construction projects. Responsible for designing, managing and overseeing projects within the construction areas. Duties: To work with the planning and management of the construction of buildings and infrastructure. To check the construction work for accuracy, adequacy and adherence to instructions. Determine company's construction needs; performing inspections to determine work requirements. Ensure the quality performance of construction works consistent with standards approved by the company. To implement a project, or to repair or rebuild existing buildings or infrastructure that have been damaged or destroyed in natural or manmade disasters. Inspecting regularly work of contractors. Proactively identify issues that could lead to problems and facilitate solutions. To complete the project in a timely manner, safely, and with cost saving measures. Requirements: Have good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Microsoft office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point). Communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing. Have strong analytical, math and problem solving skills. Valid driver's license. Working over-time when needed Experience: 5 years Years experience in construction industry.
