CCBS is looking for a potential candidate to fill the vacancy for:
IT Manager

Information systems Manager will be responsible for the secure and effective operation of all computer systems, related applications, hardware and software in use at CCBS. IT Manager should provide training and consultation, recommendations about future planning in software solutions to support CCBS operations.

Main responsibilities:
1. Responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, and supporting a company's computer systems.
2. Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
3. Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together.
4. Ensure security of data network access and backup systems.
5. Keep relations with ISP, external IT companies regarding to server maintenance
6. Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.
7. Authorize the purchase/maintenance of IT and other electronic equipment’s.
8. Support Windows Server 2008 R2 in a highly VMware & MS Hyper-V virtualized environment focused on: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NTFS permissions, Shares, and Printer management, Microsoft Exchange, SQL, Proxy, PBX technologies.
9. Provide counseling and initial training support to the new comers.
10. Maintain network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways, intrusion detection systems
11. Performs troubleshooting as required. As such, leads problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support personnel and/or organizations.

Skills and qualifications:
1. University Degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology.
2. 4 years of progressively responsible experience in an information technology environment, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Working knowledge of information technology systems and networking theory, principles, and current practices and developments;
4. Working knowledge of data applications and database support; SQL, My SQL.
5. Working knowledge of server and desktop operating systems, including Windows and Linux, and protocols, including TCP/IP, SMTP, and telnet;
6. Working knowledge of the application and integration of audio, video, and related communication systems;
7. Working knowledge of troubleshooting methodology;
8. Ability to maintain assigned programs and systems; ability to troubleshoot assigned programs;
9. Ability to meet project deadlines and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers and supervisors;
10. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
11. Fluently in English and Italian.
