Report immediately any incidents related to Information Security Management System Identify and record any service quality problem and take preventive and corrective actions Requirements: Excellent communication skills Strong Negotiation Skills Very good knowledge of English Knowledge of MS Office package Telecommunication awareness Available to work in shifts Experience Experience in similar position will be an advantage.
