Key responsibilities Answers politely and correctly to the customers demands thru inbound calls on Telekom Albania Network, services, procedures and tariffs. Informing politely and correctly the customers through outbound calls about the purpose of the campaigns as: billing, retention, marketing, satisfactions and on Telekom Albania Network and Telekom Albania services, procedures and tariffs. Answers politely and correctly to the T.Shops demands arrived thru inbound calls and SR on Telekom Albania Network, services, procedures and tariffs. Identify, support and solve different problems and complaints of customers according to the Call Center procedures and Telekom Albania policies. Perform outbound calls for MMS/GPRS/Data & Fax service configuration. Activation/ deactivation of customer service thru E-Pos/Logica/provisioning Client according to the Call Center procedures. Forward customer requests/ complains/ problems thru SR. Interact with technical division thru SR for solving customers technical problems. Activate and deactivate services using E-Pos/Logica/provisioning Client/BSCS application according to requests received through SR or calls from Telekom Albania Shops & customers. Daily categorizing of answered calls reasons. 3.Job requirements High school Diploma Previous experience in Call Center area is preferable. Very Good Communication & Negotiation Skills & Team Spirit, Confidentiality, Basic Computer Programs knowledge. Very Good knowledge in English language.
