Pik Creative Sh.p.k. a young dynamic creative agency with expertise in advertising, branding, print, events and digital media is looking for an Office Manager to support the overall activities of the agency. In this role, you will be managing the team schedule and appointments, answering phones, drafting correspondence, clerical work, and providing administrative support to the office as needed. This role requires someone who will take initiative, has high attention to detail, can work at a fast place, and has a strong work ethic. Duties: Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases; Managing filing systems; Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management; Recording office expenditure and managing the budget; Organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment; Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs; Organising and chairing meetings with the staff; Overseeing the recruitment of new staff, sometimes including training and induction; Carrying out staff appraisals, managing performance and disciplining staff; Delegating work to staff and managing their workload and output as per the manager instructions; Responding to customer enquiries; Reviewing and updating all staff files; Arranging regular testing for electronic equipment; Requirements: 1. University degree; 2. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written is essential; 3. Have strong computer skills; 4. Ability to work in a team, handle multiple complex tasks concurrently, able to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines; 5.
