Job position: Graphic Designer
Department: Marketing
Location: Tirane
Summary: Graphic designer should give visual solutions to broadcast different messages with impact, imagination, and merchandising within the brand of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-To create and adapt graphic materials and concepts for the brand itself and different offers and promotions related to the brand.
-To create and adapt graphic materials and concepts for magazines, newsletters, presentations, flyer, leaflets, brochures and other publications simultaneously working with images, words.
-Designing the promotional materials, products/promotions/campaigns etc.
-Producing graphic promotional material graphic, following their output.
-Coordination with buyers to understand the objectives/needs of different promotions.
-Understand and interpret carefully these needs in some concepts that meet the objective of promotion.
-Create and save archive of photos, designs, stores.
-Electronic storage/file brochures.
-To think in creative ways to show off new ideas and concepts.
-To continue production in specific cases, that needs more technical, etc.
-To order directly to third parties, production of promotional materials.
-Have knowledge about the production costs of promotional materials.
-To adopt the changes/updates made in the software design and implement them continuously in use.
-To work in group for different projects as website, presentations, events, etc.
-Catalog of products for related partner brands. Preparing for their print.
-To respect/preserve in any publication the usage using of Neptun logo, strictly as described in the book rules.

-To work on several projects simultaneously
-To be proactive in the presentation of new ideas
-Have organizational skills and meet deadlines
-Skills in complex problem resolving related to the specific job

Qualifications and Skills:
-Education: University Degree.
-Work Experiences: At least 3-5 years’ work experience in similar trading company.
Additional qualifications:
-Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite ( Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
-Excellent skills in verbal and written communication
-Aptitude for teamwork
-Very good knowledge of English
-Very good knowledge of computer
-Personality to be energetic, creative, self-motivated, innovation seeker, flexible and adaptive.
