Lindner Albania subsidiary of Lindner Group is currently in search of the right candidate for the positions:
•Structural Engineer

Description: Responsible for the proper structural design and execution of civil works at the sites of Lindner. Accurate preparation of the tender documentations and tender procedures.

Duties:
- preparing reports, designs and drawings
- making calculations about loads and stresses
- selecting appropriate construction materials
- providing technical advice
- obtaining planning and/or building regulations approval
- liaising with relevant professional staff such as architects and subcontractors
- monitoring and inspecting work undertaken by contractors
- administering contracts
- managing projects
- inspecting implementation on site
- managing budgets and project resources

Requirements:
Higher Technical for Civil Engineering and at least 7 years of working experience;
Knowledge of the acting normative documents regulating the design and construction process, HSE regulations, the costs of labor, materials and equipment;
Excellent computer literacy: MS EXCEL, MS WORD, MS PROJECT; CAD-programs;
Very good command of technical English, German is an advantage;
Reliable and fast handling of figures and ability to work in a team and in collaboration with other teams
