We are looking for qualified candidates for the below described position. Employees who meet the below criteria will become part of a challenging experience and of an excellent professional development and career opportunity.

Credit Management Specialist

Purpose of Position:
Prevention and management of subscriber credit risk. Responsible for the intervention taken on subscriber’s number, based on credit risk analyses.

Main Tasks:
• Evaluating customer’s credit risk in efficient way by taking in consideration all credit management criteria.
• Analyzing and investigating every day subscriber's balance to prevent any possible balance abuse.
• Notifying via respective channels sales and subscriber in case of credit limit exceed.
• Blocking the outgoing/incoming services of subscriber's number who has exceeded the credit limit.
• Reactivating the line(s) in case of advance payment performed by subscriber.
• Checking and following up the FMS alarms related to subscriber's credit.
• Analyzing Roaming HUR reported by other operators. Escalating the case or taking action when needed.
• Notifying the employee and Human Resources Division when the employee exceeds the balance value threshold of the mobile number.
• Monitoring the data traffic of Edge SIM cards used via USB modem from the employee or job purposes outside the work place. Notifying the employee and his superior in case the volume exceeds the limit defined in the respective procedure.
• Verifying National and Roaming traffic consumption by subscribers, setting of monthly credit limit values in accordance with relevant categories of subscribers and setting of automatic credit limits.

Skills:
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
• Very good command of English language;
• Ability to work as part of a team;
• Very Good communications skills

Experience:
• At least one year experience of similar position

Education:
• Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration
