We are re-opening the vacant position for Production Manager

F&M Reklama is a company, which is growing very fast, because of young and energized people.

As we are building our new Plant in Tirana, which will cover all the region in this field, we are looking for an experienced Production Manager to assist in all the operations of our factory, administration and coordination of all the processes.

Preference will be given to a candidate who has a strong desire to learn, good character, proven work ethic, and good knowledge of Production and Operational Management.
A well organized and self-directed individual who is a very good team leader.
An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills.

Duties:
- Responsible for planning and coordinating the whole process of manufacturing and installation;
- Responsible for managing people, from recruiting, training and leading his teams;
- Responsible for the quality of products as well as for the products research&development;
- Responsible for constantly proposing improvements and new investments in machineries;
- Responsible for building all the procedures and rules that are needed in a Production chain, from the order to the installation.
- Responsible for all the Safety&Security procedures, training and following the applicability;

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of work experience in manufacturing field;
- A Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Buildings Engineering;
- Trainings and very good knowledge in Strategic Planning and Operational Management;
- Very good knowledge in engineering softwares as AutoCad, SAP, CreoElements, SolidWorks etc;
- Excellent working knowledge and experience with MS Office;
