As a new betting company in Albania we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of:
ONLINE MARKETING SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:
•Creating monthly campaign plan.
•Creating targets and follow up customer behavior and create strategies to meet targets and increase user experience.
•Creating customer segments and monitoring segment’s effectiveness.
•Tracking bonus cost.
•Integration management for 3rd party apps.
•Planning & delivering the strategy for CRM & Marketing across Sportsbook & Gaming.
•Provide call lists to call center according to marketing campaigns.
•Setting configs and monitoring automation systems for marketing panel or created systems for effectiveness.
•Planning and implementing effective marketing campaigns.
•Drawing insights and help optimizing our marketing efforts.
•Help improve the analytical report process.
•Being responsible of remarketing campaigns.

Requirements (Key Skills):
•Having good written and spoken communication abilities.
•Being self-motivated and flexible.
•Having critical thinking.
•Being able to work on several projects at the same time.
•Having high attention to details.
•Having teamwork skills.
•Having networking abilities.
•Being able to understand social media.
•Having problem solving skills.
•Bachelor’s degree.
•Fluent in English language.
