The Real Estate Senior Officer is responsible for Sale and Managing the real estate business within Raiffeisen with a major focus on the efficient use of operating and non-operating Bank real estate portfolio, composed of operating and non-operating premises.

Duties:
1.Drafts rules and procedures for the functionality of the real estate business in the Bank, including rental contracts, monitoring and delinquent rent collection policies, for further discussion and approval;
2.In cooperation with the Facility and Real estate office Team Leader, prepares the business plan including the unit sales strategy and income flow;
3.Is updated with real estate market developments, reports periodically;
4.Prepares unit’s expenses budget in close cooperation with Budget Monitoring Department and Facility Management Unit;
5.Keeps up to date with Bank’s space planning and expansion strategy and includes these plans into the Real Estate business strategy;
6.Organizes, distributes and controls the achievement of the sales targets by the agents under responsibility;
7.Maintains and updates the Bank’s property database;
8.Establishes a market oriented property evaluation system and updates it;
9.Leads negotiations with potential tenants or lessors of the Bank;
10.Is updated with environmental and other land and property use regulations;
11.Increases income and reduces operating maintenance costs by exploring selling or leasing or free property.

Requirements:
•University Degree Construct Engineering or related fields;
•At least 4 year of experience in real estate
•Qualification in real estate evaluation techniques is a strength
•Strong analytical skills, able to work under pressure;
•Excellent communication skills
•Very good organization skills;
•Available to travel for business purposes
•Very good skills of oral and written English;
