Teleperformance EMEA is looking for an IT Software Developer who is located in Tirana, Albania and will work from one of Teleperformance Albania offices.

Your duties as an IT Developer:
As an IT developer, you’ll contribute to the optimization and professionalization of our organization by developing different application, services and integrations.

Your duties are:
Creating functional and technical analyses of client requirements;
Independent planning, testing, implementation, and documentation of applications;
Second line support for our internally developed applications;
Providing trainings and webinars regarding used and new technologies, best development practices and our applications;
Active contribution to our development community and development strategy.

Your area of operations:
As an IT developer, you’ll join our EMEA regional development department. We work closely with other departments like Operations, HR, Finance and Reporting. When we develop client specific systems, we are interacting not only with our Sales people, but also with our clients.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a professional IT Software Developer with an extensive 1 to 3-years of experience. Furthermore, you’re characterized by the following qualifications:
Bachelor Level education in IT;
Experience with database management systems, web services, .NET Frameworks, C#, HTML 5, Javascript, PHP, AngularJs;
Basic understanding of DevOps, GIT;
Fluent English, spoken and written;
Fluent Italian, spoken and written.

You have the ability to work under pressure and are willing to develop yourself. Of course you are strongly motivated.
