Position: STORE MANAGER

Duties:
Managing sales: clothing, footwear, accessories and coordinating the overall workflow in the shop.
Control sales, its improvement and ordering goods.
Managing and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Organization of employees: team management, control of working hours in relation to the budget, control labor costs.
Implementation and compliance with prescribed standards and Company procedures in business.
Control rooms, security and maintenance.
Regular reporting and exchange of information in accordance with the prescribed procedure with the headquarters of the company.

Requirements:
2 years of experience on the similar position
Fluent English
Good communication skills
Fashion sense
Orientation towards sales
High level of service to the consumers
Desire for progress
