Founded in 2012, Mogo is a financial institution active in financial leasing in the automotive field, with presence in several countries such as Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Georgia, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria and Armenia. The dynamic development of Mogo is possible due to strong capital support, an efficient technology solution and sound management of loan portfolio which currently reached 90 million. We are looking for specialists to launch operations in Albania and this notice is for the position: Chief /senior accountant Duties: - Perform basic accounting responsibilities (booking invoices, bank and similar basic daily transactions); - Calculate payroll; - Preparing tax returns and statistical reports to the IRS, the National Bank and other legal bodies and cooperation with these bodies; - Preparation of financial statements in conformity with accounting standards and IFRS; - Leading accounting related IT projects. Ideal candidate should have: - Superior education; - Minimum 3 years experience as chief/senior accountant (experience in medium or large international company would be considered as advantage); - Relevant experience in a financial institution and/or leasing would be an advantage; - Good knowledge of Albanian Accounting Standards and tax laws; - Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards would be an advantage; - Communication skills, integrity and independence of action; - Ability to work under time pressure and fulfillment of objectives; - Good knowledge of English is a must; - Knowledge and use of accounting systems and MS Office; - Knowledge of accounting software SAGE X3 would be an advantage; - Experience in implementing business IT solutions would be an advantage.
