TELEMARKETING - JUNIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - ENGLISH / ITALIAN/ SPANISH / FRENCH / GERMAN / DUTCH

Responsibilities:
Assignment set up
Correct analysis of job roles & client specifications, identifies key success factors.
Devises and delivers action plans using appropriate search methodology or combination of for each role with key mile stones, numbers & timescales.
Liaises with manager, admin and researcher to check and delegate as appropriate

Search:
Headhunting.
Using internet and telephone techniques to research target companies and their hierarchy structures, identifying key target people, cold calling prospective targets, engaging and building rapport with key people and obtaining referrals.
Conducting screening interviews with key targets learning about their experience, motivations and aspirations whilst evaluating them against role Ā‘success factorsĀ’.
Adheres to best practice company processes in all areas of candidate search; headhunting, use of in-house technology,

Attraction:
Knows & understands our client’s employer offering can relate it & compare it to other employers within the sector.
Develops understanding of each candidates key work and personal aspirations.
Leverages targets candidates.

Selection:
Compares all candidate intelligence to client specification.
Tests & evaluates desired level of experience & credentials.

Project Management & Liaison:
Delivers qualified shortlist within agreed timelines.
Manages candidate / client forwarding and client selection process

Candidate Handling:
Personifies our mission to be the recruiter of choice for all candidates.
Provides outstanding levels of candidate service, is honest & best gives advice
Continually handles barriers, keeps track of candidate motivation & reinforces client value

Requirements:
Advanced level of spoken & written English
Min 1 years experience in selling over the phone or in a call center or telemarketing
Bachelor's degree
Experience in using word, excel, database, internet
