Job Title: Senior Credit Risk Officer Department: Risk Management Department Reports to: Manager of Risk Management Department TIRANA BANK, one of the leading banks in Albania and member of Piraeus Bank Group is currently seeking to hire a dynamic and proactive Senior Credit Risk Officer to join Risk Management Department. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Prepares periodical and ad hoc reports for the relevant internal and Group Risk structures; Calculates provisions as per IFRS standards and overviews the process to ensure its completeness, correctness and compliance with the policies and procedures in place; Analyses the loans portfolio with relation to the SPPI testing; Ensures the impairment policy is updated and followed correctly by all involved parties; Overviews the process of RWA calculation and supports the capital management function on this regard; Suggests exposure limits for undertaking the credit risk per category (borrower, product, currency, etc.) in co-operation with the Credit Department. Monitors the credit risk limits related to specific transactions and/or loan portfolio, and which have been determined by regulatory authorities. Monitors changes in the regulatory framework, rules, definitions and requirements which necessitate the adjustment of the relevant policies, methods and reporting. Prepares portfolio analysis related to the trend and growth of the loan portfolio, segmentation / concentration risk, provisioning coverage and other behavioural elements. Performs systematic monitoring and identifies early warning information regarding economic and business environment where the Bank is involved. Reviews and validates the credit risk models in cooperation with the relevant internal and group structures. Monitors the implementation of the Credit Policy and participates in the adaptation of new policies and procedures. Periodically performs stress tests, and adapts them to the Banks activities for the estimation of potential economic loss. Required experience: Similar experience in banking, preferably in Risk, Finance, MIS structures.
