The Company: LocalEyes is a leading provider of Localisation Services to the international computer and software sectors, with European headquarters established in Cork since 1998. Applicants are invited to apply for the following position: GROUP PRODUCTION ASSISTANT (MKT) The position: This position reports to the Group Production Manager (Mkt) based in Tirana. The successful applicant will be responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple, related accounts and project teams directed toward strategic business and organisational objectives, spanning business functions, geographic regions and cultures. The Group Production Assistant must supervise the Project Management team, build credibility, establish rapport and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organisation with delivering a capability to change. Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Account Management ■ Identify and manage cross-account dependencies keeping in mind the risk, issues, requirements, design or solution to be able to usefully manage these dependencies ■ Develop appropriate plans bringing together the information on accounts, projects, resources, timescales, monitoring and control ■ Maintain continuous alignment of account scope with strategic business objectives, and make recommendations to modify the strategy to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent ■ Ensure there are regular reviews, there is accountability, and that management of accounts, stakeholders and vendors is in place ■ Manage client, vendor and team level conflicts, detect and solve issues effectively with stakeholders ■ Optimise performance across the business value chain, functionally and technically ■ Deliver long term improvements to the LocalEyes group to improve operational performance, profitability and customer satisfaction People Management: ■ Lead, motivate and develop a team of project managers ■ Set goals and participate in performance management process for all team members ■ Coordinate and prioritise utilisation of resources across accounts, managing links between the accounts and the overall costs and risks to business Internal Stakeholder Management: ■ Support the GPM to drive continuous process improvement and establish standards of excellence within the group ■ Work alongside the GPM to identify opportunities for automation and take the necessary actions to gain economies of time, scale and cost ■ Engage proactively in collaboration with the Language Quality Manager with all linguistic teams / sub vendors around the world, and be aware as to how they run their business, how they are staffed Requirements: ■ Degree in Business Administration or IT Systems Engineering ■ Minimum 5 years of industry experience including 2 years in an Account Management role ■ Demonstrated success at managing 10M + accounts and/or projects ■ Management of stakeholder relationships is a key feature of this position ■ Proven ability to think strategically and articulate ideas and plans at senior management level ■ Excellent English verbal, written communication, presentation and negotiation skills ■ Ability to promptly troubleshoot problems and deliver solutions Will be considered as a plus: ■ iOS and OS X power user experience ■ Knowledge of localisation life cycles ■ Knowledge of localisation quality tracking and improvement processes and metrics ■ Advanced skills in finance, cross- cultural awareness, leadership, communication, influence, negotiation and conflict resolution ■ Ability to manage and organise a large volume of emails ■ Ability to communicate in foreign languages Interested candidates please apply at:localeyes0/jobs/9679/group-production-assistant-tirana
