Porsche Albania, the first international automobile company operating in new car business in Albania and one of the leading companies in Albania's Automotive market, is part of one of the most successful automotive trading houses in Europe, the Austrian Porsche Holding Group.

Porsche Albania sh.p.k. is the official importer and exclusive retailer of Volkswagen, ŠKODA, SEAT, Audi and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles in Albania. For further development of our business in Tirana we are searching for a new team member.

Therefore we're looking for highly qualified and motivated candidates for the position of:
Administrative Assistant

Duties:
o Serving as an office information manager (coordinating telephone, mail, email);
o Arranging and scheduling meetings or appointments;
o Handling travel arrangements (tickets, hotel, etc.);
o Arranging and providing hospitality for guests, colleagues outside and inside the country (accommodation, airport pickup, etc.)
o Organizing and preserving paper and computer files (documentation)
o Writing correspondence (information distribution as well as translation)
o Handling supplies – procurement, administration and invoice handling (e.g. office supply, cantina consumable, furniture, first aid medications, etc.)
o Managing petty cash of administration department
o Managing the premises (coordinating of cleaning, maintenance works, laundry, keys, flowers, etc.)
o Operating office equipment (copy, fax, printing machines)
o Developing spreadsheets, plan statistical reports, perform research, produce presentations, reports, and documents with use of desktop publishing software and computer graphics
o Managing projects and establishing priorities and action plans while maintaining the flexibility to adjust these to accommodate new or more pressing organizational demands when necessary.

Requirements:
- high school graduation;
- foreign language competence –English (excellent), German (is an asset);
- sound computer literacy with MS programs;
- friendly, proactive and initiative attitude;
- consciously strive to establish and maintain positive working relationships and networks with others, both internally and externally;
- valid driving license;
