Job Opportunity: The UNITED BANK OF ALBANIA (UBA) is seeking to employ a qualified, proactive and responsible candidate with very good negotiation and sales skills to ensure further growth in all segments of business activities (deposits, financing, client base etc,), to work in its FIER BRANCH in the following position BRANCH MANAGER OVERALL JOB DEFINITION: The Branch Manager is responsible for the administration and efficient running of daily activity in the branch including; operations, lending, product sales, customer service, security & safety etc. in accordance with Banks objectives and rules & regulations in force. MAIN DUTIES: Provides high-quality service in compliance with internal procedures, by identifying, analyzing and handling the customer needs in a professional manner. Develop the business of the branch in terms of deposits, financings and other products. Ensure all banking transactions accounting is executed correctly and accurately in accordance with internal rules/manuals and other governing bodies rules Responsible for achieving the targets set by the Management; Provide a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales & service culture Provides feedback/information regarding the sales, product characteristics, when needed, in order to enable a more efficient and effective decision-making; Establishes and maintains good business relationship with clientele. Determines, for every corporate customer the service package that would best suits the customer, focusing on the companys needs. Tries to determine how well the customer understands his own business, including: financial and business capabilities, customer integrity, if there is any false or misleading information, how customer past performance compares with region average, use of capital for a specific well-analyzed purpose. Obtains a good understanding of corporate customers, building a closer relationship through well-prepared site visits. Checks the loans files and reports in writing his personal opinion before presenting to the Credit Department in HO. Evaluates effectiveness of current policies and procedures Performs other duties in accordance with legal, sub legal regulations and general enactments of the Bank KEY COMPETENCES: University degree (preferably in Economy) Minimum 5 years experience in banking sector (in management is a plus) Relevant knowledge of products and industry Very good communication and leadership skills Good command of spoken and written English & Microsoft Office package Organization, planning and strategic thinking Persuasiveness, adaptability, creativity, judgment, decision-making.
