Promotion of Albtelecom & Eagle Mobile products and services in different cities in Albania.

Duties:
Responsible for presenting products and services of the company correctly to current and prospective customers,
Advertise products and services through phone calls; going door to door, staying in promotion booth, distribution of leaflets.
Responsible for attending regularly and precisely the daily/weekly/monthly schedule, flexible to adapt with its rapid changes.
Follows instructions, identifies and records any service quality problem and take preventive and corrective actions.
Responsible for identifying and escalating customer’s complaints according to procedures and regulations of the company.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree
Customer oriented people
Excellent communication and negotiating skills
Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Able and willing to work in team and to travel at any time
Willing to work under pressure
