Raiffeisen BANK, requires to employ qualified candidates in the following position:
Learning & Development Senior Officer (grade 11) – Learning & Development Unit / Human Resources Division

Overall job definition:
The position of Learning and Development Senior Officer is part of Learning & Development Unit, and is responsible for the planning and implementation of professional development programs for the bank staff. He/she delivers training programs, seminars, presentation and coaching sessions according to the areas he/she masters.

He/she identifies training needs, plans and implements training approach to support professional development and enhance staff performance. Acts as training business partner for branches.

Duties:
•Coordinate the design and implementation of bank training programs and initiatives
•Deliver training program (on the topics/areas he/she is licensed or certified)
•Update, refresh training courses. Monitor training programs quality
•Work closely with business to identify training needs and propose effective learning and development solutions and activities
•Act as business partner for Sales & Distribution in planning and implementing training initiatives for branch staff
•Facilitate the information provided to the bank, through training catalogues, emails, newsletter communication, intranet
•Administer the eLearning Platform, assisted by Training Assistant
•Ensure that all instructional and didactical materials for training events are in place and meet quality standards
•Measure training objectives achievement (when smart goals are in place) and check feedback evaluation to ensure standards are kept
•Is proactively involved in providing new ideas and action plan in order to meet learning needs from business areas in focus (such as Branches & Retail)
•Prepare L & D activities reports. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports

Requirements:
•Bachelor degree in Social Sciences/Psychology or Economic Sciences; Master Degree is preferable
•Certificates as a trainer,
•At least 5 years of similar position and 3 years as a trainer
•Expertize in presentation, training, facilitation skills & delivery of soft skills training
•Very good interpersonal, communication skills & good team player
•Very good planning & organizing skills
•Able to work independently
•Willing to travel within the country to deliver trainings
•Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Package i.e: Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
•Excellent knowledge of English language
