On behalf of our client, a well-known company with Austrian Investors, we are looking for potential candidates to join their team in Tirana, STORE MANAGER Primary responsibilities: Ordering and organizing orders in sufficient quantities to guarantee customer satisfaction, on time and efficiently Report and feedback regarding the new ordering processes implemented by the company Daily control of all commercial reports available Organizing sales and stock controls, changes of prices or any commercial action needed to improve the performance of the shop Inventory organization and control of the process Making sure the stores image is respecting companys standards Organizing returns Organizing orders and reservations Dealing with complaints Contact with customers on a daily basis Respect of opening and closing procedures of the shop Organization of staff members such as recruitment, training, team management etc. Job Requirements: Minimum of 2 years retail management working experience University degree in Business Administration or any other related field Strong leadership skills Good balance of managerial skills Good interpersonal and organizational skills Strong operations experience in receiving, stock and inventory as well as front-end management and office management Good Command of English language - spoken and written Good command of Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, Power Point).
