Infigo IS shpk is currently seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented individual to join our presales team in Tirana. This individual will work together with Infigo Is shpk direct sales team on the solution and technical aspects of selling Infigo Products/Services to clients.

You'll be specialised in a particular industry like information security and engineering components.
Your day-to-day tasks include:
•Meeting customers;
•Making presentations to promote new products;
•Agreeing sales, prices and delivery;
•Keeping in contact with customers before and after a sale;
•Recording orders;
•Going to conferences to understand industry trends;
•Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors;
•Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor;
•Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers;
•Coordinate orders by referring to price lists and product literature;
•Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses;
•Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
•Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments;
•Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management;
•Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies;
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Essential Education, Experience and Additional Skills
•A University degree or similar (preferably in computer science, software engineering or a similar field).
•Minimum 1yrs pre-sales experience.
•Proactive and able to be manage activities in a self-sufficient manner.
•Strong communication skills, including excellent verbal and written English language skills.
•Good knowledge of the sales process.
•Self-motivated with a proven track record in technical software sales and knowledge of technology.
•You should be comfortable working for a dynamic, technical organisation with a rapidly expanding customer base.
•Excellent team skills.
•Winning attitude.
