CLO Legal Solutions is looking for a candidate for the vacant position of: FINANCE & OFFICE ASSISTANT Main duties and Responsibilities: Office management: oversee finance & administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and tax, employee, social insurance declarations, preparation and declaration of invoices (sales & expenses), identifying office needs and ensure they are properly met Assist lawyers in various duties by dealing with administrative, finance and TAX matters Monitoring and tracking the progress of all ongoing projects and reporting to the Management Organize and maintain office systems and administrative & finance files, whilst ensuring the confidentiality of documents Skills and requirements University degree in a relevant area Able to speak and write with a high standard of English and Italian Advanced knowledge in Financa 5 MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Able to work multifunctional tasks in the pressure of time Pleasant personality with a can do attitude Able to work in team All interested candidates can apply for this position by sending their CVs within 15 December 2016 in the following address: careers@cenameri.com
