Huawei Technologies Albania is seeking for Retail Manager

The candidate should fulfill below job requirements:
Focus on the demands of operators and open market;
Completing a series of retail activities to realize the overall sell-in-thru-out target, including customer inventory;
Management, store demands report, and product launching;
Supervising the goal achievement of the area/stores/team under your responsible;
Adjusting and inputting next-month sell-out target in time;
Field team daily management, including solving the problems feedback by the outsourced retail team;
Retail team foundation, recruiting potential staff;
Solving the problems on retail material, samples, display and OOS;
Closely cooperate with Sales Team in creating the strategy and future communication and negotiation with all customers;
Managing the merchandiser and promoter team, including team culture, work standard, ability progress, team incentive and so on;
Searching the potential opportunity points and carrying out the corresponding plan to increase the team sale-out;
Attending the trainings, appraisals organized by Huawei, and improving yourself business ability.

Requirements:
3 + years successful experience on field force management,
Excellent project management skills;
Strong personal influence and communication skills;
Sufficient leadership skills and the ability to motivate others;
Ability to plan the crucial mile stones and delegate accordingly;
Customer focus;
Fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities of native language and English;
