We are looking for an enthusiastic Communications Specialist to manage our external and internal communications. You will promote a positive public image and control the dissemination of information on our company’s behalf. Under the Business Development unit of IDRA, you will liaise horizontally with all other IDRA units to manage communication and information issues.

Responsibilities:
•Develop effective company communication strategies
•Manage company communications (memos, newsletters, brochures etc.)
•Draft content for mass media or company website (manage the contents for IDRA Website)
•Manage the company presence in social media
•Work with Business Development Unit at IDRA for project proposals
-Organize and produce company profile/experiences/overviews as required for tender application/proposal purposes.
-Organize and review both language wise and visually proposals and strategic presentations of the company.
•Organize initiatives and plan events or press conferences
•Liaise with media and handle requests for interviews, statements etc.
•Collaborate with marketing professionals to produce copy for advertisements or articles
•Facilitate the resolution of disputes with the public or external vendors
•Assist in communication of strategies or messages from senior leadership

Requirements:
•Proven experience as communications specialist
•Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
•Experience in copywriting and editing
•Solid understanding of project management principles
•Working knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing software is an asset
•Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
•Excellent skills in writing (Albanian)
•Proficient command of English
•Experience in web design and content production is a plus
•Master Degree in public relations, communications or relevant field
