Job Opening:
Job Title: Branch Manager
Division: Branch Network
Reports to: Regional Manager of North Region

TIRANA BANK, one of the leading banks in Albania and member of Piraeus Bank Group is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Branch Manager to join Shkodra Branch.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Complies with the regulatory framework, whether this arises from rules and directives of the Bank of Albania or from the Bank’s own circulars (banking confidentiality, money laundering, etc.).

Is responsible for the administration of the branch and its staff.

Is responsible for attracting new Customers, overall management of Customer relations and further penetration to local markets.
Monitors progress towards attainment of branch objectives, identifies deviations from action plan and takes corrective measures within his area of responsibility.
Oversees compliance with procedures ensuring the smooth operation of the branch and the proper representation of the Bank in dealings with third parties.
Carries out all necessary regular and periodical verification's and inspections to ensure compliance with Bank’s procedures and regulations.
Supervises the daily branch operations.

Required experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Banking sector, preferably in similar positions.

Required education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Business related field. A Masters’ Degree will be an additional asset.

Required competencies / skills:
The individual must have excellent communication and negotiation skills and able to adopt quickly to a new and dynamic environment
Strong credit judgment with creative and flexible thinking
Flexibility, team spirit and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Fluent knowledge of English language in written and spoken
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
