Job position: Marketing Manager
Department: Marketing
Location: Tirane

Summary: The Marketing Manager is responsible for directing and managing all day to day Marketing of the company, PR and actively participates in Product Development processes.
She/he is ready to develop appropriate marketing plans and implementing the necessary commercial activities and promotions to achieve the company’s objectives.

Duties:
•Prepare marketing strategies.
•Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
•Prepare and adhere to budgets.
•Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
•Gather and analyze customer insight.
•Support and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.
•Engage consumers on social media.
•Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
•Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.
•Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics.
•Engage other organizations within the community.
•Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.

Other Job Functions:
-Participates in any training program in and out the country;
-Ensures all the required reports;

Qualifications and Skills:
-Education: University Degree, preferably in business related fields
-Work Experiences: At least 3-5 years’ work experience in similar trading company;

Additional qualifications:
-Mobility – the job entails frequent travel
-Must be able to use MS Office applications – Word, Outlook, and Excel to a competent standard
